Pall LCS4H1AH is a mainstream high-flow model in the Pall LCS-AH coalescer series. Compared with small-flow LCS2 series, the LCS4H1AH features larger media diameter and higher flow throughput, making it the most widely used universal coalescer for industrial fuel separation skids.
Equipped with standard AH single-lug stainless steel end cap, it perfectly locks into original Pall housings without shaking or displacement during long-term operation. The multi-layer gradient hydrophilic fiber structure balances excellent dirt holding capacity and stable demulsification performance, effectively solving fuel emulsification, turbidity and fine particle contamination in conventional fuel systems.
Working Principle
The LCS4H1AH uses inside-to-out progressive coalescing filtration:
Outer coarse fiber layer intercepts large sediment and rust, protecting the inner precision layer from abrasion and early clogging.
Middle gradient fiber layer distributes fluid evenly and reduces flow impact.
Inner high-hydrophilic fiber layer captures micron emulsified water droplets.
Tiny water droplets collide and aggregate into large water beads, separating from fuel by gravity to achieve complete fuel-water separation.
