Pall CC3LGA7H13 belongs to the premium CC3LG industrial coalescer series, specially developed for rigorous gas-liquid separation working conditions. Different from conventional LCS liquid coalescers and NGGC conventional gas coalescers, the CC3LGA7H13 features dual-purpose gas and liquid phase purification capability, adapting to complex working conditions with mixed oil, water and solid impurities.
Adopting modified hydrophobic and hydrophilic composite glass fiber media, the element achieves staged coalescing filtration, effectively solving common industrial pain points such as gas phase oil carrying, process liquid emulsification and fine particle residue. The integrated structural design and high-strength epoxy bonding ensure long-term stable operation under pressure fluctuation and continuous fluid scouring, greatly reducing equipment maintenance frequency.

CC3LGA7H13 adopts inside-to-out progressive coalescing filtration mechanism:
Outer gradient fiber layer intercepts large solid particles and disperses fluid flow to avoid local media clogging.
Middle transition layer breaks liquid emulsions and adsorb scattered tiny water and oil droplets.
Inner high-density precision fiber layer captures submicron invisible aerosols.
Micro droplets collide, aggregate and grow into large-size liquid beads, separating from gas/liquid medium by gravity to achieve high-purity purification output.
