Product Overview

Pall NGGC-336-PL-01 is an upgraded large-flow gas coalescer compared with NGGC-324-PL-01. Optimized for high-volume gas pipeline operating conditions, it adopts high-density progressive polyester fiber media to achieve deep gas-liquid separation.

Different from liquid fuel coalescers (LCS/LSS series), the NGGC series is purely gas-phase dedicated coalescing elements, focusing on removing submicron oil mist and water aerosol that are difficult to filter in natural gas. NGGC-336-PL-01 features larger filtration area and higher dust holding capacity, effectively solving gas carrying liquid, pipeline fouling, instrument blockage and compressor blade wear in large-flow gas systems.

Working Principle

NGGC-336-PL-01 follows inside-to-out gas coalescing principle:

1. Outer coarse fiber layer intercepts large solid particles and disperses high-speed gas flow.

2. Middle gradient fiber layer captures suspended tiny liquid droplets and oil mist.

3. Inner fine fiber layer promotes micro-droplet collision, adsorption and coalescence.

4. Tiny aerosols gather into large liquid droplets, flow down along the filter surface and settle by gravity, achieving dry and clean gas output.
