Overview
Stainless Steel Security Filter is an efficient precision cartridge filter widely used in water treatment pre-treatment. This Stainless Steel Security Filter adopts high-quality stainless steel 304 or 316L as shell material. It features light weight, easy operation, large filtration area and fast flow rate without easy clogging. It can fit various filter cartridges including PP melt-blown filter, pleated filter, string wound filter and activated carbon filter, from 10 inch to 40 inch.
This Stainless Steel Security Filter is usually installed before pressure vessels, reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration equipment. It traps tiny fine particles such as fine quartz sand and carbon particles after multi-media filtration, preventing damage to downstream membrane components. The liquid flows through the filter cartridge, and solid contaminants are intercepted on the filter medium while clean liquid passes through to the outlet. It guarantees stable inlet water quality and protects precision membrane elements.
