Overview
LEFILTER RO Cartridge Filter Vessel, also known as LFB series cartridge filter housing, is vertical stainless steel or carbon steel pressure vessel designed to hold standard 10” / 20” / 30” / 40” filter cartridges. It serves as the core pre-filtration equipment for reverse osmosis systems, removing suspended solids, sediment, rust particles and other impurities to protect expensive RO membranes from fouling and damage.
This filter vessel has three mainstream structural options: clamp type, flange type and flange + boom quick-open type, to satisfy different pressure grades, operation habits and budget plans. The housing can load 5 up to 131 filter cartridges in one single tank, covering flow capacity from 1.5 t/h to 195 t/h. Manufactured with carbon steel or SUS stainless steel material, it delivers good pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. RO Cartridge Filter Vessel supports fully customized size, inlet and outlet standard, working pressure and surface treatment according to customers’ on-site working conditions.

Features
Multiple structural styles available: clamp type, flange type and flange + boom type. Clamp type is easy to open for frequent cartridge replacement, suitable for low-pressure working conditions. Standard flange type offers stable sealing performance for medium pressure. Flange + boom quick-opening structure is designed for large-size multi-cartridge housings, helping operators open the cover safely and conveniently.
Wide flow range from 1.5 t/h to 195 t/h. The LFB series includes small 5-cartridge models for small RO machines and large 131-cartridge housings for large-scale industrial water treatment projects.
Matched with melt blown filter cartridges. It supports 10 inch, 20 inch, 30 inch and 40 inch PP melt blown filter elements, which are the most common consumables for RO pre-filtration.
Optional material: Carbon Steel or SUS Stainless Steel. Stainless steel housing is sanitary, rust-proof and suitable for pharmaceutical, electronic and high-purity water scenarios. Carbon steel version is economical for general industrial water.
Reasonable internal flow channel design. The inlet and outlet layout makes liquid distribute evenly across each filter cartridge, improving dirt holding capacity and extending the service cycle of filter elements.
Customization is supported. We can adjust vessel diameter, length, wall thickness, DN standard of inlet & outlet, pressure rating and polishing requirements for RO Cartridge Filter Vessel.
