How to maintain?
The maintenance work of the security filter mainly involves monitoring the pressure difference and regularly replacing the filter element.
Daily monitoring: closely monitor the pressure gauge readings at the inlet and outlet of the filter.
Replacement cycle: When the pressure difference reaches the set value (usually 0.05-0.1MPa), the filter element needs to be replaced. The specific replacement cycle depends on the inlet water quality and cumulative treated water volume, usually ranging from 1 to 3 months in pure water systems.
Attention: Due to the large amount of impurities trapped inside the filter element, cleaning is difficult and ineffective, so direct replacement is usually used.
