Overview

LEFILTER High Flow Cartridge Housing is a heavy-duty stainless steel or carbon steel filter vessel specially engineered to accommodate high flow filter cartridges. It is available in vertical and horizontal configurations, with capacity to load 1 to 15 pcs high flow cartridges inside one single vessel. This filter housing is compatible with 20 inch, 40 inch and 60 inch large diameter high flow filter elements, widely adopted for pre-RO protection, seawater desalination, food and beverage processing, pulp & paper, oil & gas and petrochemical liquid treatment. The housing adopts clamp or flange + boom opening structure. The quick-open cover design greatly simplifies cartridge replacement work and reduces system downtime. All pressure vessels are strictly manufactured according to pressure vessel standards. Material options include SUS stainless steel and carbon steel to match different liquid corrosion and cost requirements. High Flow Cartridge Housing can be customized on size, inlet/outlet connection and internal layout based on customers’ actual working conditions.

Features

• Vertical and horizontal designs offered. Users can select installation type according to site space, pipeline layout and operation habit. Horizontal type is more popular for large quantity cartridges for easier element change-out.

• Designs for 1-20 filters per housing. Multiple models from 1-cartridge small vessel up to 15-cartridge large housing cover flow range from 30 t/h to 450 t/h.

• Accepts 20inch, 40inch and 60inch High Flow Cartridges. Compatible with R, M, K series high flow filter cartridges we supplied. Good interchangeability.

• Special design for easy elements change-out. Quick opening clamp or boom flange cover helps operators open the housing safely and fast without heavy tools.

• Material optional: carbon steel or SUS stainless steel. Stainless steel version has excellent rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for water, weak acid, weak alkali and food grade liquid. Carbon steel type is cost-effective for general industrial fluid.

• Custom service available. We can adjust diameter, length, inlet-outlet size, pressure rating and surface treatment for High Flow Cartridge Housing.

Q1: What cartridges fit into this High Flow Cartridge Housing? 

A1: It supports 20”,40”,60” high flow filter cartridges, including our K / M / R series high flow elements. Confirm the cartridge end cap style before ordering the housing.

Q2: Horizontal or vertical High Flow Cartridge Housing, which one should I choose? 

A2: Horizontal type is preferred for models with more cartridges, much easier for pulling out heavy filter elements. Vertical design saves floor space, usually for 1~3 cartridge small housings.

Q3: Is stainless steel the only material option for High Flow Cartridge Housing? 

A3: No. Carbon steel and SUS stainless steel are both available. Stainless steel is recommended for desalination, food, corrosive liquid; carbon steel is a budget option for general industrial water.

Q4: Can you change the inlet and outlet direction and flange standard of High Flow Cartridge Housing? 

A4: Yes. We support custom inlet/outlet position, ANSI flange, DIN flange and special pressure rating for different regional standards.

Q5: What is the main application of High Flow Cartridge Housing?
