The structure of a security filter is not complicated and mainly consists of two parts:
Shell: It is usually made of stainless steel material (such as 304 or 316L) to ensure sufficient strength and corrosion resistance. Depending on the application, there are also shells made of carbon steel or fiberglass material.
Filter element (core component): This is the key to achieving the filtering function. The filter element is a replaceable consumable, and its type and accuracy determine the filtering effect
According to different filtration accuracies and media requirements, different types of filter cartridges will be selected for security filters. Here are several common filter cartridges:
