Working Principle of PCHG Coalescer Filter Cartridge
When unpurified natural gas enters the vessel and flows outside-in through the coalescer filter cartridge, the outer coarse interception layer first filters large solid dirt. The middle coalescing layer is the core functional layer of the coalescer filter element, which adsorbs scattered micro water droplets and gathers them into large visible liquid beads. After coalescence, the liquid droplets fall to the bottom liquid storage tank by gravity, and dry clean natural gas passes through the coalescer cartridge and flows out of the pipeline. The separation efficiency of this gas filter cartridge can reach up to 99.98, which far exceeds ordinary single-layer natural gas filter.
