Working Principle of SS Separator Filter Element
After raw gas passes through the front coalescer filter cartridge, aggregated liquid drops fall downwards. Dry gas with tiny residual liquid mist will flow through the SS separator filter element. The hydrophobic surface of the separator cartridge repels all liquid particles, only allowing dry gas to pass through the filter layer. All blocked liquid gathers on the outer surface of the separator filter element and drops into the liquid storage tank by gravity. Without the gas filter cartridge separator, the separated liquid will be re-carried by airflow and re-contaminate purified natural gas.
