Installation and Daily Maintenance Guidelines

1. Pre-installation Preparation: Thoroughly clean dirt and accumulated water inside the filter housing to avoid secondary pollution to the new filter element. 

2. Installation Inspection: Check the size, sealing position and flow direction of the filter to confirm basic matching with original equipment; avoid forced installation for slight assembly tolerance. 

3. Regular Inspection: Inspect the operating differential pressure of the filter every week to monitor working status in real time. 

4. Timely Replacement: Replace the filter when the differential pressure reaches 1.0 bar; appropriately shorten the replacement cycle for high-impurity and high-water content oil media. 

5. Daily Maintenance: Standardize operation and maintenance to prevent pressure surge, ensure stable filtration efficiency, and extend the service life of filter elements and supporting equipment.
