Overview
LEFILTER M Series High Flow Cartridges are premium large-flow pleated filter cartridges developed for heavy-duty industrial fluid filtration. Adopting two mature pleated structures including radial pleated and vertical pleated design, this series achieves ultra-high single-cartridge flow capacity, which can reach up to 113m³/hr (500GPM). Compared with conventional standard filter cartridges, M Series High Flow Cartridges greatly reduce the total quantity of filter elements installed inside the filter housing, shrink equipment footprint, cut capital investment and simplify daily maintenance work.
This high flow filter cartridge uses polypropylene filter media and glass fiber reinforced PP end caps, with multiple optional sealing rubber materials. It has excellent dirt holding capacity and broad chemical compatibility, suitable for a wide range of working media from municipal raw water to oil gas and chemical liquids. M Series High Flow Cartridges balance low initial pressure drop, long service life and stable filtration efficiency, widely favored in water treatment, petrochemical, food and beverage industries.

Q1: What is the difference between radial pleated and vertical pleated M Series High Flow Cartridges?
A1: Radial pleated type has pleats arranged radially around the core, it performs better in low pressure drop scenarios. Vertical pleated type adopts longitudinal pleats, featuring larger dirt holding capacity, more suitable for fluid with high impurity content. You can select the structure according to your raw water quality.
Q2: Can M Series High Flow Cartridges be used for oil and gas working conditions?
A2: Yes. The PP media version is widely applied in oil & gas produced water, injection water pre-filtration. For special hydrocarbon media, we can recommend alternative filter media and seal materials.
Q3: What is the recommended differential pressure for replacing M Series High Flow Cartridges?
A3: Our suggested replacement differential pressure is 2.1~2.4 bar. When the differential pressure reaches this value, the cartridge is nearly fully blocked and needs to be replaced in time to avoid affecting system flow.
Q4: Is M Series High Flow Cartridges interchangeable with other mainstream brands?
