Compared with traditional filters, the advantages of high flow filters are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

The processing capacity of a single filter is enormous: the processing capacity of a high flow filter can usually reach 70-110 m ³/h. In some designs, the maximum single flow rate can reach 750 m ³/h.

Significant reduction in usage and volume: A 40 inch high flow filter cartridge has a flux equivalent to approximately 20 traditional PP melt blown filters; A 60 inch one is equivalent to 30. This greatly reduces the size and footprint of the filter housing.

Reduce overall costs: fewer filter cartridges mean lower procurement costs, smaller equipment investments, and fewer maintenance hours and labor costs


Common lengths: 20 inches (508mm), 40 inches (1016mm), 60 inches (1524mm).

Filtering accuracy: Wide coverage range, ranging from 0.05 μ m to 100 μ m. Common industrial accuracies include 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 μ m, etc.
