JFS series dry gas pre-filter cartridge is heavy-duty first-stage gas filter specially designed for raw wellhead natural gas filter system, this tri-lobal fiber structured gas filter element solves large dust load working condition that ordinary thin gas filter cartridge cannot bear. A large amount of catalyst powder, iron sulfide and pipeline scale carried by raw gas will scratch the delicate layer of coalescer cartridge and damage the core function of coalescer filter, so installing qualified gas cartridge filter at vessel inlet can effectively extend the service life of downstream coalescer filter cartridge and coalescer filter element. JFS natural gas filter perfectly matches all CA and PCHG coalescer cartridge filter series, and can be combined with CM separator cartridge and separator filter cartridge to build full solid-liquid three-stage purification system. Working Principle of JFS Gas Filter Element

Untreated raw natural gas flows from outside to inside through JFS gas filter cartridge. The thick tri-lobal gradient fiberglass layer of this natural gas filter forms countless tortuous interception channels, capturing solid impurities through collision and adsorption. All captured dust accumulates on the outer surface of gas cartridge filter without piercing the filter media, completely avoid abrasion of coalescer filter cartridge fiber. After solid removal, clean gas flows into the secondary tank and enters coalescer filter element for liquid demulsification, then passes separator filter element to block residual tiny droplets. This low-pressure-loss gas filter reduces the pressure fluctuation of long-distance gas transmission pipeline, and cuts the energy consumption of front-end compressors significantly.
