Working Principle of CA Coalescer Cartridge
Jet fuel containing emulsified micro water flows inside-out through CA coalescer cartridge. The outer coarse interception layer of coalescer filter cartridge traps rubber particles and pipeline rust, the middle multi-gradient fiberglass coalescer filter element realizes full demulsification, merging tiny scattered water mist into large gravity-settling water beads. After coalescence treatment, clean fuel flows through central core and enters CM separator filter element for secondary liquid blocking. This aviation special coalescer cartridge filter keeps outlet fuel water content below 10ppm, far higher safety standard than ordinary pipeline coalescer filter used for natural gas filter.
