Working Principle of JMG Large Flow Coalescer

High-flow raw natural gas enters from outer side of the JMG filter cartridge. The outer coarse layer intercepts coarse solid particles; multi-layer gradient fiberglass captures micro water and hydrocarbon droplets, merging tiny droplets into larger ones under continuous collision. Liquid droplets settle downward by gravity and are discharged from vessel bottom, dry purified natural gas flows inward through central core. Owing to wider folding structure, large flow coalescer maintains low pressure drop under large gas flux, avoiding excessive energy consumption of front compressors, becoming preferred natural gas coalescing element for large-scale gas stations.
