Working Mechanism Of ST Separator Cartridge

Dry gas with residual tiny droplets flows into ST separator filter cartridge after JMG coalescer filter cartridge treatment. The wide-channel PTFE hydrophobic layer of separator filter element completely repels water and hydrocarbon droplets, only dry gas can penetrate the mesh structure. All trapped liquid accumulates on outer surface of this separator cartridge filter and slides down by gravity, thoroughly solve liquid carryover defect of narrow-mesh common separator filter. Even under maximum pipeline throughput, outlet gas liquid residue is controlled below 8ppm, fully meet long-distance gas filter transmission quality standards.
