High Capacity V-Bank Medium Efficiency Air Filter, also widely called V-cell filter, is a high-load medium efficiency air filter engineered with a unique V-shaped grouped pleat structure. This special folded layout maximizes the total filtering area within a fixed outer frame dimension, which directly brings remarkable advantages including larger dust loading capacity, lower initial resistance and longer service cycle compared with conventional flat panel filters. It serves as a critical intermediate filtration stage in multi-stage air purification systems, sitting between primary pre-filters and final HEPA filters, effectively intercepting fine particulate pollutants and easing the contamination load on terminal high-efficiency filters to cut down overall maintenance costs.

We provide two mature filter media versions to match different working environments. The 100% hot-melt bonded burnt chemical fiber media supports efficiency grades F7 to H10. The imported glass fiber media option covers F6-F8 and H10 efficiency levels.
