High Efficiency HEPA Filter

Overview

HEPA Filter is the core terminal filtration component for high-level clean air systems. We supply two main constructions: with separator (pleat) HEPA filter and separator-free HEPA filter. The separator type is the classic high-efficiency filter, tested by sodium flame method with 99.99% filtration efficiency. The separator-free mini-pleat HEPA filter is designed for clean room terminal use, with MPPS efficiency options of 99.95%, 99.995%, and 99.9995%.

This filter uses imported high-grade glass fiber filter paper as the filter medium. The glass fiber media features uniform fiber distribution, stable filtration performance, low resistance and excellent temperature resistance. The aluminum or galvanized metal frame provides rigid structural support, protecting the filter media from damage during installation and operation. The sealed gasket prevents air leakage around the frame, ensuring all airflow passes through the filter media and avoids bypass contamination.

HEPA Filter is widely deployed in clean filtration projects across many industries. It serves as the final barrier for clean rooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical workshops, electronics manufacturing, hospital operating rooms, food processing plants, and special air-conditioning & process air supply systems.
