Working Principle of LF-LM UF Membrane Module

LF-LM Ultrafiltration membrane frame is fully immersed inside biochemical sewage MBR tank, negative suction pressure acts on the inner cavity of PVDF hollow fiber of this UF membrane module. Small water molecules and soluble inorganic ions penetrate 0.01μm membrane wall to form clear permeate; sludge flocs, bacteria and macromolecular organics are fully trapped outside the UF membrane fiber surface. Timely aeration air washing continuously strip accumulated sludge dirt, keep stable long-term water flux of Ultrafiltration membrane module, avoid frequent shutdown chemical cleaning and protect downstream RO membrane element from organic pollution.
