Combined with front High Flow Filter, this Ultrafiltration membrane forms two-stage security pre-filtration, stabilize inlet water quality of all RO membrane element. Working Principle of LF-UF4060 UF Membrane Module

Raw water flows into the shell of LF-UF4060 UF membrane module. Water molecules and small soluble ions penetrate the 0.01μm PVDF hollow fiber wall of Ultrafiltration membrane to form clear permeate water; colloids, bacteria and macromolecular organics are fully trapped on the outer surface of UF membrane. Timely cross-flow backwash flushes accumulated dirt off fiber surface, keep stable constant flux of this Ultrafiltration membrane module for months of continuous industrial operation without frequent shutdown maintenance, provide qualified inlet water for downstream RO membrane and Reverse Osmosis membrane element.
