The thick tensile hollow fiber of this UF membrane module tolerates high-concentration activated sludge, fully intercept sludge flocs, bacteria and macromolecular organics which easily foul RO membrane. After treatment by Ultrafiltration membrane module, clear permeate water can directly enter Reverse Osmosis membrane element for advanced desalination. Working Principle of LF-LM10 Ultrafiltration Membrane Module

LF-LM10 UF membrane fully submerged inside biochemical sewage tank, negative suction pressure applied inside hollow fiber cavity of this Ultrafiltration membrane. Clean water molecules penetrate 0.01μm PVDF wall to form permeate water; sludge, algae and suspended solids are trapped outside the UF membrane module. Timely aeration scrubbing and regular backwash flush accumulated dirt off Ultrafiltration membrane surface, maintain stable long-term flux to protect downstream RO membrane element and Reverse Osmosis membrane filter from frequent chemical cleaning.
