As core deep purification component of industrial pure water production lines, Coalescing Filter supporting Reverse Osmosis membrane series, also known as RO membrane, efficiently removes dissolved salts, heavy metal ions, colloids and microorganisms from raw water. Each standard RO membrane element adopts composite polyamide thin-film material, delivering stable high desalination rate under long continuous running cycles. Before raw water enters the RO membrane module, front-stage pre-filtration with High Flow Filter and matching UF membrane is mandatory to intercept large suspended solids and colloids, slowing down fouling speed and extending service life of the Reverse Osmosis membrane. All our water treatment products are centralized on Water Filter Element (RO & UF Membrane) product page, supporting complete customized water purification system matching with oil & gas gas filter element series for multi-industry integrated projects.
Under rated operating pressure, raw brackish water flows tangentially across the surface of the RO membrane. Small pure water molecules penetrate the dense polyamide film layer and flow into the central permeate tube to form qualified pure water; salt ions, organic pollutants and bacteria cannot pass through the Reverse Osmosis membrane and are discharged along concentrated water pipelines. The spiral winding design of each RO membrane element maximizes effective filtration area within limited membrane housing space, improving unit water output and reducing overall equipment footprint for factory pure water stations.
