As core deep purification component of industrial water systems, filter cartridge RO membrane series, also named Reverse Osmosis membrane, efficiently removes salt ions, heavy metals, colloids, algae and bacteria from raw water. Each standard RO membrane element adopts composite polyamide thin-film structure, delivering stable high desalination rate under long-term continuous operation. Before raw water enters the RO membrane module, front-stage pre-filtration by High Flow Filter is required to intercept large suspended solids and particulate fouling, greatly extending the service cycle of Reverse Osmosis membrane and lowering system cleaning frequency.
Under designated operating pressure, raw feed water flows tangentially across the surface of the RO membrane. Pure water molecules pass through dense polyamide membrane layers into the central permeate collection tube to form qualified purified water. Dissolved salts, heavy metal ions, macromolecular organics and microorganisms cannot penetrate the Reverse Osmosis membrane, and flow out along the concentrated water pipeline as waste concentrate. The spiral-wound structure of each RO membrane element maximizes effective filtration area within limited housing space, boosting daily water production capacity and reducing overall equipment footprint for industrial water treatment stations.
