Working Principle Of PCHG Coalescer Cartridge
Raw natural gas flows from outside to inside through PCHG coalescer filter cartridge. The outer coarse fiber layer of coalescer filter element intercepts pipeline rust and large solid particles; the middle gradient fiber captures micron-level emulsified water mist, and tiny droplets collide and aggregate into large water beads by coalescence effect. After separation, dry gas flows through the central tube and enters downstream separator filter element to avoid liquid re-entrainment. The uniform winding process of this coalescer cartridge filter keeps stable low pressure drop under long-term operation, which is more reliable than inferior single-layer coalescer filter used in common gas cartridge filter vessels.
