Without qualified coalescer filter cartridge, water content in output gas cartridge filter will exceed standard value, corrode compressors and flow meters. Working Principle of PCHG Coalescer Cartridge
Raw natural gas flows outer to inner through PCHG coalescer cartridge. The outer coarse layer of coalescer filter cartridge intercepts large pipeline rust and sand, the middle gradient fiberglass coalescer filter element completes demulsification and coalescence. Countless tiny water droplets collide and merge into large droplets on the fiber surface of coalescer cartridge filter, then drop to the bottom of filter housing by gravity. Dry purified gas flows inward through the central core and enters the downstream separator filter for secondary interception. This mature coalescer filter keeps outlet gas liquid residue below 15ppm, far better than single-layer ordinary natural gas filter without coalescing function.
