Working Principle of JFG Gas Filter Element
Raw raw natural gas flows outside-in through JFG gas filter cartridge. The seamless thick fiberglass matrix of this natural gas filter creates tortuous flow channels to trap sand, scale and molecular sieve debris via inertial interception. All solid pollutants accumulate on the outer surface of gas cartridge filter without piercing the filter layer, so the inner downstream coalescer filter cartridge and coalescer cartridge filter will not be abraded. Clean solid-free gas flows inward to the second-stage coalescer filter element for liquid removal, then passes separator filter element and separator cartridge filter to eliminate residual mist. This low-pressure-drop gas filter keeps stable throughput and reduces compressor power consumption for long-term pipeline operation.
