The vacuum system consists of vacuum separation tank, rotary vacuum pump, cooling condensation tank, liquid accumulation tank and automatic air make-up assembly. The internal tank adopts optimized flow channel structural design, which greatly enlarges the contact surface area between oil liquid and vacuum environment, and extends the retention time of oil inside the vacuum chamber. This design ensures thorough separation of water molecules and dissolved air inside oil, and fundamentally solves the oil spraying defect that frequently occurs on ordinary vacuum oil purifiers during continuous operation.
The machine is equipped with a complete three-stage gradient filtration system. The first-stage coarse filter with large aperture effectively intercepts large solid contaminants to protect the transfer oil pump and greatly extend the service life of subsequent fine filter elements. The second and third stages adopt gradient borosilicate glass fiber filter media with progressive pore sizes, which can capture tiny particles of different diameters layer by layer. The filter material owns large dirt holding capacity and optimized fold structure, which reduces surface flow velocity of oil and delivers stable, long-term filtration precision without frequent element replacement.
We apply segmented mild heating technology for oil warming, with low surface heat load less than 1.0W/cm², which avoids local overheating that leads to oil oxidation and deterioration. The oil temperature can be freely adjusted between 0℃ to 100℃ with automatic constant temperature control. A built-in flow protection sensor will automatically cut off heating power when oil flow volume is too low, preventing dry burning damage to heating tubes and improving overall operation safety.
The control cabinet is configured with frequency converter, liquid level transmitter, temperature sensor and vacuum degree sensor. All real-time operating signals of the machine are collected and transmitted to the central processor for unified analysis and automatic regulation of the whole unit. Multiple built-in safety protection programs cover overload protection, overpressure protection, dry-running protection and abnormal operation interlock protection, which can automatically alarm and stop the machine to eliminate hidden risks during unattended working hours.
The unit adopts an integrated rigid frame structure to reduce overall floor space. A detachable integral oil sump is installed at the bottom to collect leaked oil, realizing zero ground oil pollution and lowering workshop cleaning cost. Multiple structural types are available for selection, including mobile cart type with universal wheels, fixed station type, fully enclosed dust-proof type and vehicle-mounted mobile type to satisfy different on-site working conditions.

Efficient Degassing: Fully clear all free air bubbles and over 75% dissolved air contained in oil. Air shortens oil service life, reduces insulation strength and causes cavitation abrasion on hydraulic components; the vacuum system minimizes residual trace gas effectively.
Solid Particle Removal: Filter all suspended mechanical impurities, abrasive particles and accumulated sludge inside oil. These contaminants lead to valve jamming, bearing wear and electrostatic breakdown of insulating oil; three-stage filtration reaches ultra-clean oil standard after treatment.
Oil Regeneration Matching Functions: When connected with matched regeneration auxiliary device, the machine can realize acid removal, decolorization and chroma recovery of deteriorated oil, and significantly boost the dielectric strength of transformer insulating oil for power industry use.

Different liquid mediums own unique saturated vapor pressure values. At the same temperature, the saturated vapor pressure of water is far higher than that of mineral oil. When we pump out air inside the vacuum tank to lower internal pressure below the saturated vapor pressure of water, the water contained in oil will rapidly vaporize into water vapor and separate from the oil body completely.Driven by the suction force of the transfer pump, raw oil flows into the top of vacuum tank and sprays evenly onto multi-layer porous filling materials, splitting the oil stream into countless thin oil films. This design massively expands the contact area between oil and vacuum air, prolongs the retention time of oil in vacuum environment and maximizes the separation efficiency of water and gas.The purification performance is determined by vacuum level and oil temperature: lower vacuum degree and moderate heating temperature bring better dehydration effect without triggering oil oxidation. For hydraulic oil, we maintain medium vacuum level to drop residual water below 100ppm; for high-demand transformer insulating oil, deeper vacuum can reduce water content to 10ppm or lower. The vacuum separation process also removes all volatile pollutants mixed inside oil synchronously.
