Overview
Filter Bag is the core consumable for baghouse dust collectors, widely applied in high-temperature and heavy-duty industrial dust control scenarios. We supply multiple filter media options to match different temperature and dust conditions, including polyester needle-punched felt, PPS felt, fiberglass mat and fluorine needle-punched mat. Different surface treatments such as waterproof, oil-repellent and antistatic are available to extend service life and improve dust release performance.
These Filter Bag can be tailor-made for various industries. We select the proper fabric according to flue gas temperature, dust property and corrosive components. Standard sizes are in stock, and non-standard dimensions are supported for custom production to fit different dust collector housings.
Cement Industry
Rotary kiln head and tail: High temperature filter bag (glass fiber mat, fluorine mae)
Shaft kiln: Glass fiber filter bags
Other positions: Polyester needle-punched felt, waterproof and oil-resistant needle-punched felt, antistatic needle-punched felt
Metallurgical Industry
Blast furnace gas dust removal: Fluorine needle-punched mat
Taphole dust removal: Polyester needle-punched felt
Steelworks: Polyester needle-punched felt or coated needle-punched felt for electric furnace or converter
Sintering plants
Sintering machine head: High-temperature glass fiber needle-punched felt
Sintering machine tail: Polyester needle-punched felt or coating needle-punched felt
Power Industry
Boiler dust removal in power plants: Imported PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) needle felt is the mainstream choice. Imported glass fiber coated filter bag or METAX filter bag are also available alternatives.
Carbon Black Industry
Glass fiber needle felt with PTFE post-processing is commonly used; bulk yarn glass fiber filter bag is also an optional solution.
Calcium Carbide And Ferroalloy Industry
Glass fiber filter bag is widely used. Fluorine mae filter bag and glass fiber mat filter bag are also available.
