Overview

Cellulose Cartridge Filter is a high-performance pleated filter element specially developed for dry granular particulate filtration. It adopts olive-shaped pleat structure, which can maintain uniform pleat spacing and maximize the effective filtration area. The filter media is supported by inner and outer galvanized steel mesh, providing excellent structural stability and corrosion resistance in long-term operation. This filter cartridge is equipped with seamless urethane gasket, which can realize reliable airtight sealing and effectively prevent unfiltered air from leaking through the gap. We provide multiple filter media options to adapt to different dust characteristics and site safety requirements. The Cellulose Cartridge Filter has low pressure drop, which helps reduce fan load and cut down energy consumption, making it a preferred solution for many industrial dust collection and air intake filtration systems.
