Pleated Bag Filters are upgraded pleated type filter bags developed to replace traditional dust filter bags, widely used in pulse jet dust collectors. Made of high-quality imported spun bond polyester filter media, the filter surface is smooth and compact, with reasonable pleat design to ensure rigid pleat structure and large length-to-diameter ratio.
This series of pleated filter bags supports multiple surface treatment options, including water and oil repellent treatment, antistatic treatment and PTFE membrane treatment, to adapt to different dust characteristics and working environments. The special structure design brings excellent dust release performance during pulse cleaning, effectively reducing dust adhesion and filter clogging. The Pleated Bag Filters can be equipped with airtight gasket accessories, and multiple installation forms are available to match different dust collector housings, stable and reliable under various temperature conditions.
