The XLPA/B cyclone is a dry cyclone with bypass. The XLPA/B type cyclone is divided into the suction type X type and the compression type Y type, the X type, and the Y type should be marked with the different rotation direction of the worm shell and the N type (left turn) and S type (right turn). The working principle of XLXLPA/B cyclone dust collector:
1.After the dust gas is cut into the dust collector from the inlet of the air inlet, the gas is divided into two kinds of air flow and double swirl motion while the gas is rotated. The dust produces a strong separation at the bottom of the outlet of the vent, that is, the boundary of the double vortex. The finer and lighter dust particles are taken from the upper swirling air flow to the upper part, forming a strong rotary ash ring under the top of the top, producing the dust particles, and being elicited by the upper hole in the upper part of the bypass separation chamber. Through the bypass separation chamber, the lower spiral groove is separated from the outer wall of the dust collector and introduced into the lower part of the dust collector tube and the internal airflow confluence. That dust is separated into ash hopper. The other part of the heavier dust particles is driven by the lower vortex flow, and the dust is separated and entered into the ash bucket through the similar process of the upper vortex flow in the lower section of the dust collector.
