The HX-140 cyclone is a kind of dedusting device. The dust removal mechanism is to make the dust air flow rotating, and the dust particles are separated from the air flow and trapped by the centrifugal force, and then the dust particles fall into the ash bucket with the aid of gravity. The cyclone dust collector is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, install and maintain management. The investment and operation cost of the equipment are low. It has been widely used to separate solid and liquid particles from the air or separate solid particles from the liquid. Under normal operation conditions, the centrifugal force acting on particles is 5~2500 times that of gravity, so the efficiency of cyclone dust collector is significantly higher than that of gravity settling chamber. The cyclone dust collector has been used since 1885, and has developed into many types. According to its way of flow entry, it can be divided into two categories: tangential entry mode and axial entry mode. Under the same pressure loss, the latter can handle about 3 times the gas and the air distribution is even.
