CS604LGH13 is a premium high-performance natural gas filter cartridge, exclusively engineered for high-precision purification in natural gas extraction, transmission, processing and terminal supply systems. As a key core component for gas solid-liquid separation, it is designed to efficiently capture solid particulate impurities, entrained liquid droplets, rust, pipeline scale and condensate oil from natural gas streams, effectively preventing downstream critical equipment such as compressors, pressure regulating valves, flow meters and gas turbines from wear, blockage, corrosion and performance degradation. Compliant with international natural gas filtration industry standards, this filter cartridge features a optimized structural design that adapts to high-pressure, high-flow and variable-temperature working conditions of natural gas systems, and is fully compatible with mainstream gas filter separators and housing units on the market. It provides a stable, reliable and long-lasting gas purification solution for the entire natural gas industry chain, ensuring the safety, efficiency and compliance of gas transmission and utilization.
CS604LGH13 boasts ultra-high precision graded filtration and liquid separation performance, tailored for the strict purity requirements of natural gas processing. For solid particulate matter in natural gas, it achieves 99.9% filtration efficiency for 3μm fine particles, thoroughly intercepting even the micro solid contaminants that may cause abrasive damage to precision downstream equipment. For entrained liquid droplets (including water mist and condensate oil droplets), it realizes efficient coalescence and separation with a liquid removal accuracy of 0.5μm @ 99.99% efficiency, which can reduce the liquid content in natural gas to meet the strict industrial gas quality specifications (including pipeline transmission and high-precision industrial application standards). Its filtration and separation accuracy remains consistently stable under rated working pressure and flow rate, without efficiency attenuation caused by gas pressure fluctuations, flow velocity changes or ambient temperature variations, ensuring continuous high-purity gas supply for downstream systems.

CS604LGH13 adopts high-grade borosilicate glass fiber as the core filter media, which is modified by a special hydrophobic and oleophobic process to enhance the coalescence performance of liquid droplets and the interception capacity of solid particles. The glass fiber media is constructed with a gradient pore structure, manufactured via a high-temperature adhesive-free hot-melt bonding process, which not only improves the dirt-holding capacity and filtration efficiency of the media, but also avoids secondary pollution of natural gas caused by adhesive dissolution. The filter media is pleated with a high-density design to maximize the effective filtration area, and is protected by an outer polypropylene (PP) rigid protective mesh and an inner galvanized steel center tube, which significantly enhance the structural strength and pressure-bearing capacity of the filter cartridge, preventing media deformation or rupture under high-pressure gas impact. The end caps are made of high-strength epoxy resin with excellent sealing and corrosion resistance, and the sealing part uses fluororubber (FKM) gaskets that are oil-resistant, temperature-resistant and aging-resistant, ensuring zero bypass and zero leakage during the filtration process, and guaranteeing the integrity of gas purification.
The recommended replacement cycle of CS604LGH13 is determined based on the actual impurity content of natural gas, working pressure, flow rate and regional operating conditions, with a basic service life of 18–30 months under normal industrial natural gas system operating conditions (impurity content ≤ 30 ppm). For harsh working conditions with high impurity content, such as upstream oil and gas field mining gathering stations, high-sulfur natural gas pipelines and offshore natural gas production systems, the replacement cycle is recommended to be 18–24 months to maintain stable high-precision filtration performance. For downstream clean gas links with low solid particle and liquid content, such as urban gate stations, LNG regasification plants, natural gas power generation plants and industrial gas supply systems, the replacement cycle can be appropriately extended to 24–30 months with regular biweekly differential pressure detection and monthly gas purity sampling tests. For newly commissioned natural gas pipeline and filter systems, the first replacement is suggested to be completed within 8 months to remove construction residues such as welding slag, pipe scale and metal shavings in the pipeline, avoiding permanent damage to the high-precision glass fiber filter media. The optimal replacement timing can also be judged by the system differential pressure: when the pressure difference across the filter cartridge reaches 0.4 MPa, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner to prevent excessive pressure loss of the gas system and reduced purification efficiency caused by filter media blockage.

Ultra-high precision filtration & separation: 99.9% interception of 3μm solid particles and 99.99% separation of 0.5μm liquid droplets, meeting the ultra-high purity requirements of natural gas for high-precision industrial applications and long-distance pipeline transmission.
High-performance modified filter media: Hydrophobic and oleophobic borosilicate glass fiber with gradient pore structure, large dirt-holding capacity, low initial pressure drop and no secondary pollution, ensuring efficient and clean gas purification.
Superior pressure-bearing & structural stability: Reinforced with PP protective mesh, galvanized steel center tube and epoxy resin end caps, the filter cartridge can work stably under high-pressure (rated pressure) and high-flow natural gas working conditions, without deformation, rupture or media shedding.
Reliable zero-leakage sealing: FKM fluororubber gaskets with excellent temperature, oil and aging resistance, combined with high-precision end cap bonding, ensure zero bypass of unfiltered natural gas and reliable purification effect.
Wide environmental adaptability: Adapt to a wide temperature range (-40℃ to 120℃) and variable pressure working conditions, with strong corrosion and aging resistance, suitable for harsh operating environments such as northern low-temperature gas pipelines, offshore oil and gas fields and high-sulfur natural gas systems.
Long service life & low operating cost: 18–30 months long replacement cycle, reducing the frequency of filter cartridge replacement and maintenance, and significantly cutting the comprehensive operating cost of the natural gas system.
Standardized design & easy installation: Adopts a universal cylindrical structural design, consistent with the installation interface of mainstream natural gas filter separators on the market, no special tools required for disassembly and assembly, reducing maintenance time and labor costs.
Compliant with industry standards: Manufactured in accordance with international natural gas filtration and safety standards, with stable product performance and reliable quality, meeting the compliance requirements of the global natural gas industry.
