Dedicated for sewage reuse MBR bioreactor, Coalescing Filter matching MBR UF membrane is submerged negative pressure PVDF MBR module, different from conventional external pressure Ultrafiltration membrane for RO pretreatment. The special large-caliber hollow fiber filament of this sewage ultrafiltration membrane has strong tensile resistance, tolerates high concentration activated sludge mixed liquid, and effectively intercepts sludge flocs, bacteria and macromolecular organic pollutants in sewage. Ordinary UF membrane is easy to break filament under high sludge concentration, while LF-LM series modified PVDF material has outstanding oxidation resistance, can bear sodium hypochlorite regular online chemical cleaning, greatly extend service life of wastewater treatment filter. All MBR membrane modules belong to Water Filter Element (RO & UF Membrane) sewage treatment product line, after MBR clear water can directly enter SW/BW RO membrane for advanced desalination, front coarse filtration matched with High Flow Filter.
LF-LM MBR UF membrane is fully submerged inside biochemical sewage tank, negative pressure suction force is applied on the inner side of hollow fiber filament. Clean water molecules penetrate the 0.1μm PVDF membrane wall into the fiber inner cavity and extracted as clear produced water; activated sludge, suspended flocs and organic macromolecules are blocked outside the membrane filament. Timely aeration scrubbing with compressed air removes sludge dirt accumulated on membrane surface, maintain stable water flux of this PVDF MBR module for long-term continuous sewage operation without frequent shutdown cleaning.
