The impurities larger than the gap of the filter element are intercepted, and the clean liquid passes through the gap to the upper chamber, and then is sent out from the outlet.

First, select the correct filter type. At present, self-cleaning filters on the market mainly include V-shaped wedge mesh and O-shaped punching mesh. Although both types of filters have relatively high filtering accuracy, they are still very different. V-shaped wedge-shaped mesh has a smooth surface and a filtering accuracy of 30 microns, which is suitable for filtering liquids with various viscosities. Wear resistant, suitable for scraper type self-cleaning filter. The punching mesh has higher precision, and the large one can reach 10 microns. However, due to the uneven surface of the punched mesh, it is suitable for self-cleaning filters. Punching screen does not filter too viscous liquid, and is only applicable to filtering water or liquid with viscosity close to water.
