Overview
LEFILTER Automatic Cleaning Filter, also known as brush type self-cleaning filter, is an automatic online filtration device. It can continuously filter water while cleaning the filter element without shutting down the system. The equipment adopts electric brush scraping cleaning structure, control mode includes manual and automatic. It can intercept sand, algae, organic matter and other solid impurities in the water, effectively prevent pipeline, nozzle and heat exchanger blockage.
This LFZ series Automatic Cleaning Filter has a wide flow range from 50 m³/h to 2300 m³/h, filtration precision from 50 microns up to 3000 microns. Optional tank materials: Q235B carbon steel, 304, 316, 316L stainless steel. It is widely used in water treatment of agriculture, power, paper, plastic and other industries.

Agricultural irrigation: sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, park, golf course and turf watering, suitable for water sources with high impurity particle content
Raw water treatment: river water, lake water, seawater, reservoir water, well water and groundwater, removing sand, algae and organic matter

FAQ
Q1: How does this Automatic Cleaning Filter work?
A1: Water flows into the filter, impurities are trapped on the inner surface of the screen. When the pressure difference reaches the set value or the timing triggers, the electric brush rotates to scrape off dirt, and a small amount of water discharges contaminants during backwashing, without system shutdown.
Q2: What is the difference between brush type and suction type self-cleaning filter?
A2: Brush type is more suitable for coarse particles, low viscosity water such as cooling water and irrigation water, stable structure and lower maintenance cost for Automatic Cleaning Filter.
Q3: Can we choose stainless steel tank for seawater?
A3: Yes. For seawater, we recommend 316L or 2205 duplex stainless steel tank and brush to resist chloride corrosion.
Q4: Can the cleaning time and differential pressure be adjusted?
A4: Yes. Both differential pressure trigger and timing trigger are available, cleaning duration is adjustable on the control cabinet of Automatic Cleaning Filter.
Q5: Is this filter suitable for drip irrigation system?
A5: Perfect for drip and sprinkler irrigation. It intercepts sediment and algae, preventing tiny drip emitters from clogging.
