Overview

Modular Automatic Self-cleaning Filtration System is a new filtration system developed by introducing advanced foreign technology. It is mainly used to remove impurities in process media for petroleum, chemical, water treatment and other industries. It adopts a special filtration method to effectively remove insoluble substances and foreign matters generated during manufacturing and processing, especially fine suspended particles that cannot be removed well by traditional filtration methods, and supports online cleaning without shutting down the whole system.

This Modular Automatic Self-cleaning Filtration System is composed of multiple groups of tubular filters, differential pressure controllers, pneumatic valves, pipelines, supports and electric control boxes. Several filter elements are installed inside each filter. Raw material flows from the inlet and passes through the filter elements from outside to inside. Impurities are trapped on the outer surface of filter elements, and the filtered clean liquid flows out through the outlet cavity. When the pressure difference between inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the system closes the inlet and outlet valves of one filter unit, opens the sewage valve and backwash valve to clean the filter element. After cleaning, this unit switches back to normal filtration and the next group starts backwashing. The whole backwash process will not interrupt the normal filtration of the system. Manual backwash operation can also be realized through the control cabinet.
