Working Principle Of JFG Gas Filter Element
High-H₂S raw sour gas flows outside to inside through JFG gas filter cartridge. The outer thick acid-resistant fiber layer of this natural gas filter captures large iron sulfide chunks and pipeline rust; dense inner fiber traps micro sulfide powder via inertial collision. All solid pollutants are locked on the outer surface of gas cartridge filter, will not penetrate to wear downstream coalescer filter element. JFG only removes solid particles, and the water mist in gas needs to be treated by matching PCHG coalescer cartridge and ST separator cartridge.
