Different from liquid separation cartridges, this thick-layer fiberglass gas pre-filter adopts seamless winding fiberglass media with ultra-large dirt holding capacity, effectively blocking iron sulfide powder, pipeline rust, sand and molecular sieve debris before gas flows into PCHG and JMG coalescing elements. Without qualified natural gas particulate filter, sharp solid particles will scratch gradient coalescing media, shorten service cycle sharply and increase overall operation cost of gas stations. All JFG sizes are fully interchangeable with PECO and Faudi standard filter separators, widely matched with all series gas filter element to build complete gas-liquid-solid three-stage purification system.

Working Principle of JFG Fiberglass Pre-Filter

Unprocessed natural gas flows from outside to inside through the JFG filter. Multi-layer thick fiberglass matrix forms countless tortuous flow channels, capturing solid particles via inertial collision and direct interception. All captured contaminants accumulate on the outer filter surface and will not penetrate into inner support core. Clean gas without hard solids enters secondary coalescing stage for liquid mist removal. The low-resistance fiber layout keeps stable gas throughput under long-term operation, effectively reducing pressure rise speed compared with thin-layer pipeline solid filter products.
