Technical Features
It can effectively remove iron filings, dust, impurities, moisture, organic compounds, organic acids and inorganic acids from waste oil to restore the performance of lubricating oil.
Excellent demulsification capacity: it can separate large amounts of water and trace moisture from oil efficiently.
Powerful impurity removal performance. Special filter materials expand filtration area and precision. The dense deep filter element captures tiny particles. Built-in automatic backwashing function cleans the filter repeatedly, so heavily contaminated oil systems can recover to qualified cleanliness standard.
With special filter aid agent, it can reduce oil color by 1–2 grades. It is highly suitable for high-viscosity lubricating oil, refrigeration oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil.
Application Scope
This vacuum oil purification equipment is widely applied in power, metallurgy, mining, machinery, chemical, transportation, food and other industries. It performs purification treatment for hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, compressor oil, gear oil, vacuum pump oil, internal combustion engine oil and heat treatment oil.
Working Principle
Polluted oil enters the heating tank first, where constant temperature heating reduces oil viscosity and helps water separate out. Then the oil flows into the vacuum separation chamber; under vacuum environment, water vaporizes and is extracted. Solid contaminants are intercepted step by step by multi-layer filter elements. The automatic backwashing system cleans the filter media regularly to avoid rapid blockage and keep stable flow. Finally, clean oil is delivered back to the oil tank, with indexes of water content, gas content and cleanliness reaching the standard.
