1、 Equipment performance and usage introduction:
The TYA series vacuum oil filter uses pure physical purification methods to quickly demulsify emulsified hydraulic oil, turbine oil, mechanical oil and other lubricating oils without affecting the composition and performance of the oil. It removes harmful components such as water (including dissolved water and free water), impurities (particle impurities and mechanical mineral impurities), and gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc.) from the oil, thereby reducing the acid value of the oil and improving its lubrication and cooling performance; And effectively ensure the normal operation of oil equipment, extend the service life of oil equipment, and avoid accidents.
The TYA series vacuum oil filter is widely used for rapid and deep online purification treatment of hydraulic oil, turbine oil, mechanical oil, and other oil liquids in various industries such as power plants, steel, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, and chemical industry.
2、 Equipment features:
1. This series of vacuum oil filters is designed, manufactured, and accepted in accordance with the JB/T 5285-2008 standard for vacuum oil purifiers in the mechanical industry and the DL/T 521-2004 standard for acceptance and maintenance of vacuum oil purifiers in the power industry. It integrates precision filtration of oil, enhanced demulsification, efficient dehydration, degassing, vacuum three-dimensional short-range film evaporation technology, and electrical control system, with simple operation, safe operation, and reliability. It can effectively ensure the normal operation of oil equipment and avoid accidents.
2. Using a large displacement vacuum pump to vacuum the system, the system operates at a low vacuum level for a long time (with a final working vacuum degree of up to -0.098), which can effectively and quickly remove water vapor and other gases separated by the oil in the oil-water separator;
3. Adopting the most advanced aggregation separation technology and enhanced demulsification technology both domestically and internationally, the oil is subjected to demulsification and water removal treatment, allowing the molecules of oil-in-water and oil-in-water to quickly break through the peripheral molecules, achieving rapid separation of oil and water, and thoroughly removing emulsified water (dissolved water) from the oil, making the turbid oil quickly clear and transparent;
4. Unique dehydration and degassing system. By combining three-dimensional flash evaporation technology, vacuum dehydration and degassing technology, and microgram molecular technology, the gas and trace water contained in the oil can be quickly separated, improving the lubrication and cooling properties of the oil;

6. A safe and reliable oil heating system, optimized pipeline design, ensures that there is no "dead oil zone" during heating, avoiding the harm of rapid aging of the oil due to uneven heating causing local high temperature of the oil. At the same time, the heating system is equipped with a constant temperature controller, which fully realizes the automatic operation and shutdown of the heater, and can achieve overheating shutdown alarm. When the temperature of the oil flowing through the pipeline heater is lower than the set value on the constant temperature controller, the heater automatically starts running for heating; On the contrary, the heater stops heating;
7. The industry-leading liquid level automatic control system can comprehensively monitor the liquid level in the vacuum separator, enabling interval control and automatic balance of oil in and out of the vacuum separator, and preventing equipment oil leakage; At the same time, it can also automatically control the start of the oil discharge pump, effectively preventing the wear of the oil pump due to the lack of oil lubrication and idle operation, greatly extending the service life of the oil discharge pump.
8. Advanced electrical interlocking safety protection control system. By implementing comprehensive protection for the temperature, pressure, vacuum degree, liquid level, power outage, overpressure, phase sequence, undervoltage, overload, etc. of the equipment through various execution components (trinity interlocking device and electrical automatic protection device), the normal operation of the equipment is ensured, and human-machine separation operation is fully achieved without the need for personnel to be present.

3.The working principle of the equipment:
When the equipment is in operation, the oil first enters the coarse filter through the inlet under the pressure difference between inside and outside, which is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen. When the treated oil flows out, the large particle impurities contained in the oil are intercepted; The crude filtered oil continues to undergo heat exchange heating through the heater under the pressure difference effect; After heating, the oil continues to enter the extremely low pressure vacuum separator, which uses molecular separation technology principles to perform pressure swing analysis, vacuum retention, and rapid three-dimensional evaporation of the oil, eliminating the binding force between molecules, allowing the dissolved water, dissolved gas, free water, and free gas contained in the oil to quickly break through the oil film and separate from the oil molecules and precipitate; The oil enters the vacuum separator and first forms a mist, then a film, which expands its contact area in the vacuum by hundreds of times. The moisture contained in the oil undergoes rapid vaporization under conditions of high heat, high vacuum, large surface area, and high pumping rate, and is discharged by the vacuum system; The dehydrated and degassed oil is then pumped into the fine filter through the oil discharge pump, which is made of a composite microporous filtering material that can effectively adsorb and intercept ultrafine particles and impurities in the oil; The final oil flowing out through the oil outlet is clean oil, thus completing the entire oil purification process.
The high-temperature and hot water steam discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the cooler, and the gas after two rounds of cooling is discharged by the vacuum pump.
