The TYA series vacuum oil filter uses pure physical purification methods to quickly demulsify emulsified hydraulic oil, turbine oil, mechanical oil and other lubricating oils without affecting the composition and performance of the oil. It removes harmful components such as water (including dissolved water and free water), impurities (particle impurities and mechanical mineral impurities), and gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc.) from the oil, thereby reducing the acid value of the oil and improving its lubrication and cooling performance; And effectively ensure the normal operation of oil equipment, extend the service life of oil equipment, and avoid accidents.

It integrates precision filtration of oil, enhanced demulsification, efficient dehydration, degassing, vacuum three-dimensional short-range film evaporation technology, and electrical control system, with simple operation, safe operation, and reliability. It can effectively ensure the normal operation of oil equipment and avoid accidents.
