CS-AL Series Ultra-precision Oil Purifier is a cabinet-style mobile oil purification device specially developed for hydraulic and lubrication oil systems. It integrates multiple filter cartridges, independent oil pump, vacuum gauge and pressure monitoring components into one compact mobile unit with universal wheels for easy on-site transfer. This CS-AL Series Ultra-precision Oil Purifier is capable of uninterrupted oil purification, removing contaminant particles and free water from lubricating fluid, and boosting the cleanliness grade of hydraulic oil to NAS1638-3. It is equipped with complete safety protection modules to prevent equipment and hydraulic system damage caused by abnormal working conditions, and fits workshops and industrial sites with strict environmental requirements.

Working Principle
The ultra-precision oil filter machine sucks contaminated hydraulic oil into the pipeline through the built-in oil pump. The fluid first passes through the coarse suction filter to intercept large impurities, then enters multi-stage fine filter cartridges step by step. Solid particles and free water are trapped inside the filter media. Clean oil flows back to the oil tank or hydraulic loop. Real-time pressure and vacuum monitoring keep the whole purification process stable. When the filter element is blocked, the differential pressure alarm will trigger and stop the machine automatically.
