CPBS metal top pleated long filter cartridges are suitable for high temperature working conditions in industries such as aluminum smelters/furnaces. This filter element mounted from the clean side, connected by elastic rings and flower plates, provides an innovative alternative to traditional filter bags and can be installed directly on existing bag dust collectors.
The cartridges are particularly suitable for high temperature operating environments (130-190 degrees Celsius), but with different filters, they can easily handle other dust types, including abrasive, toxic and explosive dusts.
Applications include air filtration applications for dust fumes in the cement, metallurgical/aluminum, chemical, welding and casting industries.
