A910266 K1100 and A910267 are a matched set of high-efficiency separation and coalescing filter cartridges, specially designed for liquid-liquid and solid-liquid separation in industrial fluid systems, mainly used for dewatering and purification of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, transformer oil, turbine oil and other hydrocarbon oils. A910266 K1100 acts as a prefiltration and primary separation stage, removing large solid particles and preliminary coalescing free water; A910267 serves as the fine coalescing and final separation stage, further aggregating micro water droplets into large, easily separable ones to achieve deep dehydration. Together, they form a complete two-stage purification system, effectively eliminating water, solid impurities, sludge and oil degradation products from oils, preventing emulsification, corrosion and wear of downstream equipment such as turbines, hydraulic pumps, gears and transformers, and maintaining oil performance and extending oil service life. They feature standardized dimensions and interfaces, with strong compatibility for dedicated oil purifiers, filter separators and circulation purification systems, and comply with industrial oil treatment standards.

For solid particle filtration, A910266 K1100 provides coarse prefiltration with a 10μm filtration rating and 99.5% removal efficiency, intercepting large particulate contaminants, metal shavings, sludge and colloids to reduce the load on the downstream fine cartridge. A910267 focuses on fine coalescence and solid interception, with a 3μm solid filtration efficiency of 99.9%, and achieves outstanding liquid separation performance: it can coalesce and remove water droplets down to 0.3μm with an efficiency of 99.99%, reducing the water content in treated oil to below 50 ppm, meeting the strict dryness requirements for industrial lubricating and hydraulic oils. The separation accuracy remains stable under rated flow and temperature conditions, without performance degradation caused by oil viscosity or flow rate changes.
A910266 K1100 uses high-strength polyester non-woven fabric with a gradient pore structure as the core media, featuring good rigidity, large dirt holding capacity and low pressure drop, suitable for preliminary impurity interception and primary water coalescence. The media is supported by a perforated metal inner tube to resist deformation under oil flow impact. A910267 adopts hydrophilic modified borosilicate glass fiber media, processed by an adhesive-free hot-melt compounding process, with a gradient pore design that enhances water coalescence efficiency while ensuring fine solid interception. The glass fiber media has excellent oleophilic and hydrophilic selectivity, promoting water droplet aggregation without absorbing oil. Both cartridges use corrosion-resistant metal end caps and high-quality nitrile rubber (NBR) sealing gaskets, ensuring reliable sealing, no bypass and no secondary pollution to the oil.
Under normal operating conditions (oil contamination degree is moderate, water content ≤ 500 ppm), the recommended replacement cycle for the A910266 K1100 prefilter is 6–12 months, and for the A910267 fine coalescing cartridge is 8–16 months. In harsh conditions such as gearboxes, hydraulic systems with high solid content, or oil with frequent water ingress, the replacement cycle should be shortened to 4–8 months for A910266 K1100 and 6–12 months for A910267 to guarantee separation effect. For clean systems like transformer oil and turbine oil purification with stable oil quality, the cycle can be extended with regular monitoring. The optimal replacement time is determined by system differential pressure: when the pressure difference across the two-stage assembly reaches 0.25–0.3 MPa, the cartridges should be replaced promptly to avoid reduced flow, poor dehydration and excessive energy consumption. For newly commissioned systems, the first replacement is recommended within 3–6 months to remove installation residues.
Two-stage high-efficiency separation: The prefilter and coalescing cartridge work in tandem, realizing high-efficiency solid removal and deep dehydration, suitable for high-water-cut and high-pollution industrial oils.
High-performance selective media: Polyester prefilter and modified glass fiber coalescing media provide targeted separation, with high water coalescence efficiency, large dirt holding capacity and low pressure loss.
Stable structure and reliable sealing: Metal support tubes and precision-molded end caps ensure strong pressure resistance; NBR gaskets prevent oil bypass and leakage, ensuring purification integrity.
Matched design and easy installation: Standardized dimensions and interfaces enable direct replacement in dedicated housings, with simple assembly and disassembly, reducing maintenance time.
Wide oil compatibility: Suitable for various mineral oils, synthetic lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, transformer oils and turbine oils, with stable performance in different temperature and viscosity environments.
Cost-effective purification: Effectively extends oil service life, reduces oil replacement frequency, protects precision equipment, lowers failure and maintenance costs.
