Filter media

JLX-150*1120 adopts multi-layer composite gradient modified borosilicate glass fiber as the core coalescing and filtration media, compounded with high-strength polyester non-woven fabric through a high-temperature adhesive-free hot-melt bonding process—no chemical adhesives are added, completely avoiding secondary pollution of the filtered fluid caused by adhesive dissolution. The glass fiber media is processed with a special hydrophobic and oleophobic surface treatment, which significantly enhances the coalescence efficiency of liquid droplets and the interception capacity of solid particles, while improving the media’s oil and water repellency and dirt holding capacity.
