1、 Equipment usage

High precision oil purifier is used for high-precision purification and filtration of unqualified hydraulic oil and mechanical oil. It adsorbs and intercepts particles, impurities, dust, carbon black, and sludge in the oil, and can restore the oil to a standard close to new oil.

Widely applicable for deep and high-precision adsorption purification and regeneration treatment of hydraulic oil in industries such as metallurgy, mining, transportation, machinery manufacturing, and wood processing.

 

2、 Technical characteristics of equipment

1) This high-precision oil purifier has high filtration accuracy, strong adsorption capacity, and large pollutant holding capacity. The specially designed precision filter material can adsorb and intercept harmful substances such as particulate impurities, dust, carbon black, and sludge in the oil, while also appropriately absorbing moisture in the oil to restore its color.

2) Equipped with a filter replacement indicator, it is convenient for operators to replace the filter.

3) Equipped with a pumping and filtering conversion device, it is convenient for both pumping and filtering of oil equipment and oil devices.

4) The oil inlet of the equipment oil pump is equipped with a coarse filter, which has a much larger surface area than the Y-shaped filter, thus protecting the oil pump, extending its service life, reducing the frequency of personnel removing and cleaning the filter screen, and reducing labor costs.

5) The equipment is equipped with an oil tank to prevent oil from spilling onto the ground and polluting the environment.
