This series of lubricating oil dewatering special oil filter is a purification equipment designed by our company specifically for the treatment of oil that continuously leaks a large amount of water during use, or oil with a water content of 5-20%. This series of equipment combines the most advanced "coalescence separation technology", "short-range thin film evaporation technology" and "oil-water vacuum separation technology" internationally, which can quickly demulsify oil, achieve rapid oil-water separation, effectively remove dissolved water and free water in oil, reduce oil acid value, improve oil quality, extend oil service life, and ensure the normal and safe operation of oil equipment.

 

Technical Features

1) Multiple oil-water separation technologies are integrated to improve the dehydration efficiency of equipment, thereby ensuring oil indicators.

2) Due to the presence of a large amount of water vapor in the extracted gas, a water ring vacuum pump that matches the process conditions is used to evacuate the system.

3) Equipped with pressure protection, automatic temperature control heating, and automatic drainage during line operation, the operation is simple, safe, and reliable.

1) According to user needs, industrial PLC intelligent controllers, touch screens, and frequency converters can be optionally selected;

2) According to the requirements of the usage environment, the equipment is equipped with conventional electrical control system and explosion-proof electrical control system for selection;

3) The equipment tank and pipeline are equipped with ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel materials for selection;

4) According to the on-site needs, the overall structure of the equipment can be set up as mobile, fixed, fully enclosed, or open for selection.
