Overview

Panel Filter is a heavy-duty industrial air filter designed for high-temperature and heavy dust working conditions. It uses long glass fiber as the core filter material, covering a wide efficiency range from G2 to F6 according to ISO 16890 standard. The filter is equipped with a rigid metal frame, which provides stable structural support and strong deformation resistance under long-term airflow impact. The glass fiber media has excellent heat resistance, low thermal shrinkage and stable filtration performance at elevated temperatures, which is the biggest advantage compared with synthetic fiber filters.

The filter media can be independently replaced without discarding the whole metal frame, which greatly reduces the overall procurement cost for customers with continuous production lines. The gradient glass fiber structure can capture paint mist particles, fiber dust, metal powder and other coarse pollutants efficiently. It maintains a stable pressure drop during operation and is not easy to melt or deform under high-temperature baking environment. This filter is specially developed for the automobile coating industry, installed in the air circulation system of painting rooms and high-temperature curing ovens, to protect the coating surface quality and avoid particle defects on car body paint. It is also suitable for other industrial high-temperature ventilation, drying oven, spray booth and industrial exhaust pre-filtration scenarios.
