Introduction:
Gas turbines, air compressors, blowers and other aerodynamic equipment will be worn and corroded after they inhale the air which contains dust.
The dust will scale on the surface of the fan blade, resulting in the imbalance of the dynamic balance of the rotor in the equipment, the precision is reduced, the working life is greatly shortened; The harmful chemical composition in the dust will cause rust and corrosion of the equipment.
Therefore, the aerodynamic equipment must be equipped with high precision air filter to ensure the clean air which is sucked into the aerodynamic equipment. In this way, the inside of the aerodynamic equipment will never be worn by dust, and the fan blade has no obvious scaling for many years.
LFZK series self-cleaning air filter is improved on the basis of the domestic and foreign similar air compressor intake requirements, so the current product performance can fully meet the air intake requirements of industrial gas turbine, blast furnace blower, air compressor.

Working principle:
1. Filter process:
Under the suction of the air compressor, the dusty air flows through the primary coarse filter box first, and then flows through the high efficiency filter cartridge; due to gravity inertia, diffusion, contact retention and other comprehensive effects, the dust in the air is adsorbed on the surface of the high efficiency filter cartridge, and the clean air flows through the seal washer and then flows into the Ventri tube and then flows into the clean air chamber. All the clean air is merged into the air collecting port in the clean air chamber, and then inhaled from the clean air port pipe by the air compressor.
2. Self-cleaning process:
After the dusty air is filtered, the dust is adsorbed on the surface of the high efficiency filter cartridge, and the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is carried out by PLC according to the set time sequence. When the resistance value exceeds 600 pa, the reverse blowing self-cleaning process is controlled by PLC according to the differential pressure sequence (the reverse blowing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds). Other high efficiency filter cartridges work as usual and dust is blown down during the reverse blowing self-cleaning process.
